I did find this in the SP milestones, but there is something that can cause the icon to pop far before that point. The first time I saw it, I decided to farm the tier-R stuff before entering.
The trigger for this is: hitting 50 souls for the first time in an infinity opens Abyss D. Getting the 51st soul closes it. Getting 50 souls again after a rebirth does not retrigger this.
Managed to clear all current content, up to infinity 7 and stage 100, gotta say, I like this game alot, keep it up, it's good that not everything is spoonfed to the player and you gotta figure out a bit aswell, thanks alot of the fun
Ascension always provides a way to reset, you just hit the ascend button on the combat section. You need to be a high enough stage but the requirement never changes.
Getting to level 100 for rebirthing requires a mix of equipment tiers, souls, max level perk in tree & the ascension upgrade for max level.
Yep, that's the usual reaction. Took me a while to notice too, but on the bright side I got to 25 stages on my first run so I already had t2 unlocked cause of it xD
Duude i really like your game, but i couldn't figure out how to continue in radiation... all this game is scrolling down, why the heck did you chose to implement a side scroller there?
Radiation is just max everything out & get to level 700. You'll need to upgrade 2nd ring a decent bit as well as dive into Abyss D to make it to level 700, where you'll unlock infinity, the final (currently) bit of content in the game.
If you're confused on how to get mutagens, just read the info section of the game.
The problem was, that i did not see that there are more than 4 entries in radiation since it somehow is implemented to vertical scroll instead of horizontal scrolling
also i dont get it. reached 1st infinity, supposedly have some infinity points as the tab says, cant allocate em in tree, all infinity does in tree is reset allocated points kinda? also dont think the game is explained well at all. mutagens/radiation/celestials felt like wtf thing. and explanations if any only made em worse. figured em by sticking around and clicking and checking things. still not sure how corruption acts. yeap it hinders your max level supposedly, but what abyss d does? reduce it? increase it? lots of stuff that just poorly worded/explained or outright confusing. its like im playing the game in chinesse having zero idea whats going on. pressing some buttons seeing some things change, but generally noone can say for sure whats rly going on there

I guess you haven't noticed that the comments (here and elsewhere) are full of people complaining about the gibberish nonsense you've given us to try to figure out what's going on with your game.
Like, if that's intended and it's some kind of puzzle we're supposed to figure out, that's one thing. But it's not presented in that way.
There's a bit of broken english here & there in the explanations that make it hard to understand. Also a lot of people just want hand holding instead of learning how to play a game by themselves. I do think there's a lot that can be explained better tbh and I'm not really sure how to point that out cause of how much there is. I think if you can get someone native english to look over your explanations and cleans thing up, it would be a lot better.
Also information is kind of split up in a weird way. In example I find it weird that sniper says it double checks crits but you need to go to the info section & under buffs find the part that says "Double Check - If the first attempt is false, the check is repeated." I feel that you could either just better explain it in the buff to begin with or have that info accessible in the buff section instead of the info section.
For example make sniper instead say: "Tries one more time if initial crit-chance fails" (I'm not a fan of this wording either but I think it's better than "double checks crit-chance")

yeap. abyss d sure, like 59 stage, i did drop into infinity after, inf tab shows me 60 points, in tree theres infinity symbols when click on them - point cost, but points i seem to have in infinity doesnt exist here. its confusing
I feel the infinity buff you can choose 1 (on infi2 you can choose 2) is pretty lackluster for the cost, on damage it's pretty good, most other stats are a downgrade tho, even on lvl 700 (cap)
Stage skip also works with 800+ points invested into it, but i do not understand why there is a downgrade for such a hard to gain buff (like crit dmg is a negative dps compared to not buffing it)
- so some info can be gained, but there is also alot of bugs, so the question is always, is this intended or is this bugged

I feel the game is pretty easy to learn. There are some things that are communicated poorly though, I do agree on that. But for example, abyss D is just an endless abyss mode that gives you benefits based on your further stage.. you can find this out by literally just reading it, it says you get smtg at stage 20. Then when you reach stage 20 it reveals the buff & reveals the next stage requirement.
You can find out more info in the info section about corruption as well as just hovering over it below your level iirc. The main most important part is that it reduces your max level above level 300.
Mutagens/radiation/celestials were all explained pretty okay in the info section of the game. Celestials have a chance to spawn based on your danger value, you can gain mutagens from enemies above certain stage levels, higher tier mutagens are more valuable. Radiation is just spend mutagens into perks, ez pz.
Notice when you make a skill infinity in the tree, it says it costs P and not IP. You're still spending normal **P**oints, ya know.. the same points for the rest of the tree?
there should be a way to force afk off. game constantly goes afk in chrome if not active window making levelling a pain. sometimes rarely you want afk yeap just to grind soulchance maybe. but mostly its really harmful and xp you get while afk nowhere near one you should get normally
also game should remember log filter selection when you switch to other menus. its not that major as previews issue. still
afk kill speed is actually only an issue in early game. as xp/levels. its unpleasant yeap but bearable. generally just dont like that you have to have game active to be out of afk for any meaningful activity.
why is the buff called invisible not working when i equip it like i look at the enemy's damage and my block and every single time they do damage. even if 2X my block would fully block their damage it never does.
There used to be a hover text that would tell you this, but I'm not finding it anymore. Once you reach stage 10, the currently active buffs get locked in and you can't change them until you reset in some way. You gain experience on your active buffs from stage 20 onward.
Its the same issue with almost every "idle" game at this point. They have very solid systems in place, but the balance is beyond broken. Its not satisfying at all. If the intention is to get people to play online non stop for 40 hours straight each session, sure, this game would be the top. But thats not what the players want.
It just needs A LOT of balance work. Speeding almost every single aspect up by double... It'd still be quite a slow game. Its just painfully slow, thats it.
Too grindy for too little benefit. Ascending and rebirthing feel terrible and I don't really feel like I gain any power. I also have to fill out the stupid tree every time. Some automation would be nice.
there should be a way to go back zones since it feels like it's very possible to softlock yourself via needing the soul enemies to progress, but not being strong enough to kill them.
I think ive been playing for about 2 weeks now, not very consistentily though. I think the biggest feedback i have right now is the game feels bad in i guess the midgame stage? Ive completed the first 2 pages of acension upgrades, beat the first abyss, and now all I can really do is increase rebirth tier and very slowly farm rebirth points, getting past lvl 150 is ridiculously slow imo, I think there's needs to be more bonus exp at this point or maybe higher exp scaling for higher stages, maybe both. I also think maybe rebirth points go up a little too slow, but that probably wouldn't feel so bad if I could keep getting higher lvls without it being so slow. I appreciate the game though, I don't expect it to be finished in a couple weeks or anything and I like longer games like this. I also think it doesn't feel too active, like I don't feel like I'm making no progress by not constantly playing, it's just somewhat slower than it could be.
I feel stuck at Abyss T1, Rebirth T10. Over the past few days I've been grinding Rebirth Points pretty actively and I'm only just getting to 1000 Points. Somewhere between 200 and 1000 points there needs to be some scaling increase because the grind to 1250 to get the increased Rebirth Point scaling just feels awful.
I would love a proper stats screen. Keeping track of my crit rate and damage, damage multiplier, xp multiplier, buff xp multiplier, etc becomes overly cumbersome the further into the game I get.
for my part, i just stay on a lower stage until a level up my strength and wisdom to the max and selfheal don't stop me for more that 2 or 3 attack, but ACROBATIC kill my momentum wasted my first strike, reset my combo from 100 to 25 and take my 5 to 10 attacks to kill if i'm luck and now it's take me for hit to the next enemies.
how are you guys getting so many rebirth points? I am on T4RB going up to level 135 and only getting something like 7 points lol. Like the game so far, hopefully you intend to add some more stuff. Thanks for making the game mrend
If I remember correctly, the creator said blood art isn't supposed to work in the abyss. I think it says it somewhere in the game or the create wrote it in the comments.
I am having a hard time understanding the description of some of the buffs:
Overkill [T1]: ....100% to kill next enemy: what does this mean?
Overkill [T2 and T3]: +1 extra kill per 100/50 level: you kill additional enemy every time you kill an enemy after 50/100 or every 50 levels, you just kill 1 additional enemy? If it is the latter isn't it useless?
Sniper [T3]: Crit Chance checks doubles? does this mean crit chance doubles? what does check mean here?
Sniper [T2]: If crit higher 100% deal extra double damage? is it crit chance or crit attack?
Also the formation that halves the ATK seems very useless.
Overkill T1 adds +1 to the kill tally whenever you kill an enemy. Overkill T2 adds an extra +1 to the kill tally for every 100 max levels you have, and T3 adds +1 every 50 max levels. Its only use is to run through Stages faster to grind Ascension Shards.
Sniper T2 doubles your damage if your crit chance is over 100%. No clue what Sniper T3 does exactly though...
Update: T2 Overkill stopped working for some reason. I stopped getting bonus kills at 100 max level. T3 does work, and I'm pretty sure it stacks additively with T1 and presumably T2 if it worked. At 191 max level, I should be getting 6, 1 for the initial kill, 1 for T1, 1 from T2, 3 from T3, but am only getting 5 kills. T4 gives you XP and Weapon chance for the overkills, but also costs 10m xp, so have fun unlocking it...
Edit: Also, I was wrong about Sniper T2. It activates whenever you crit, regardless of your crit chance. And it calculates weird, as it seems to be doing less than double. It looks to actually be 1.5x.
Fun little game to forget and return to. I was confused about amulet for a little while until I realised you could scroll in Ascension and buy an amulet slot. Pretty fun game, def not one of those 'go quick' idle games and more of those 'let it run' ones. Keep up the good work! :3
I've been playing this game since about 3 days after it released & I can say without a doubt that this has a good concept but there are some slight issues I noticed like in the soul menu the buff "Blood Art" is misspelled Bloot Art & there are some areas that aren't clearly explained until you get far enough into the game to where it just clicks. 8/10

Why can't I activate another buff even though I have a second buff slot?
Once you hit a certain stage they get locked. I think it starts with 10.
you can only activate buff if you are under stage 10.
I first want to say thank you so much for making this game. I really appreciate the fun I have had.
Any chance you can list the infinity debuffs in the info tab. Hard to remember exactly what the debuffs are.
There seems to be a bug with first strike where if you die, the buff bonus does not apply when you revive for the next fight.
The descriptions for some things could be better.
In tree -> conquer description box: "Stage killing require scalles better".
This can be improved to "Stage kill requirement scales better".

It's the green heart that pops up in combat. if you hover over it, it shows what it changes.

what is the actual use of combo like i can only hit them once and they die or i hit them and even with the stun of first strike they still hit me
very confusing
your combo builds up. its the little lightning icon under your attack bar. per stack you get extra dmg which resets (by 50% t3) when you get hit
I like this game. I had to use Vue.js Devtools to find the willpower to keep going sometime around when I got 100ish Rebirth prestige currency.

I can no longer progress, cannot kill the current enemy and improve / upgrade anything.

While I agree the horizontal scrolling was a bit odd, I thought it was p. obvious with the big scroll bar that moves to the right.

You can find out more info in the info section about corruption as well as just hovering over it below your level iirc. The main most important part is that it reduces your max level above level 300.
Mutagens/radiation/celestials were all explained pretty okay in the info section of the game. Celestials have a chance to spawn based on your danger value, you can gain mutagens from enemies above certain stage levels, higher tier mutagens are more valuable. Radiation is just spend mutagens into perks, ez pz.
Notice when you make a skill infinity in the tree, it says it costs P and not IP. You're still spending normal **P**oints, ya know.. the same points for the rest of the tree?

Save game, close tab, change system clock, start game again. Rinse repeat to get offline progress.
there should be a way to force afk off. game constantly goes afk in chrome if not active window making levelling a pain. sometimes rarely you want afk yeap just to grind soulchance maybe. but mostly its really harmful and xp you get while afk nowhere near one you should get normally
also game should remember log filter selection when you switch to other menus. its not that major as previews issue. still
I actually level up way faster with afk than manually grinding, unless you're in an area where you aren't killing things quick enough?
afk kill speed is actually only an issue in early game. as xp/levels. its unpleasant yeap but bearable. generally just dont like that you have to have game active to be out of afk for any meaningful activity.

why is the buff called invisible not working when i equip it like i look at the enemy's damage and my block and every single time they do damage. even if 2X my block would fully block their damage it never does.
i don't know if it's a bug but COMBO buff don't gain exp after T3.
its because the current max buff tier is 3
but before i infity i get to t4. it's feel terrible like the dangle keys in front of my but i can't grape them.

How do you change buff? Clicking on active and then on inactive doesnt work?
There used to be a hover text that would tell you this, but I'm not finding it anymore. Once you reach stage 10, the currently active buffs get locked in and you can't change them until you reset in some way. You gain experience on your active buffs from stage 20 onward.

They actually changed it in the recent update. The Stage you can no longer change your buffs is now 10+(10xAbyss Tier).

What/Where is "formation"?
Formations show up as togglable symbols on the Hero stat box in the Combat screen.
Its the same issue with almost every "idle" game at this point. They have very solid systems in place, but the balance is beyond broken. Its not satisfying at all. If the intention is to get people to play online non stop for 40 hours straight each session, sure, this game would be the top. But thats not what the players want.
It just needs A LOT of balance work. Speeding almost every single aspect up by double... It'd still be quite a slow game. Its just painfully slow, thats it.
It is slow, but it's not bad balancing, if things slow down too much, you probably have to do another system
People rely on guides too much lately, that figuring it stuff themselves is seen as something negative, its a shame
Too grindy for too little benefit. Ascending and rebirthing feel terrible and I don't really feel like I gain any power. I also have to fill out the stupid tree every time. Some automation would be nice.

there should be a way to go back zones since it feels like it's very possible to softlock yourself via needing the soul enemies to progress, but not being strong enough to kill them.

I think ive been playing for about 2 weeks now, not very consistentily though. I think the biggest feedback i have right now is the game feels bad in i guess the midgame stage? Ive completed the first 2 pages of acension upgrades, beat the first abyss, and now all I can really do is increase rebirth tier and very slowly farm rebirth points, getting past lvl 150 is ridiculously slow imo, I think there's needs to be more bonus exp at this point or maybe higher exp scaling for higher stages, maybe both. I also think maybe rebirth points go up a little too slow, but that probably wouldn't feel so bad if I could keep getting higher lvls without it being so slow. I appreciate the game though, I don't expect it to be finished in a couple weeks or anything and I like longer games like this. I also think it doesn't feel too active, like I don't feel like I'm making no progress by not constantly playing, it's just somewhat slower than it could be.
Also how do you get the t1 amulet prefix? Is it just not in the game yet? I dont see any way to unlock it.
I feel stuck at Abyss T1, Rebirth T10. Over the past few days I've been grinding Rebirth Points pretty actively and I'm only just getting to 1000 Points. Somewhere between 200 and 1000 points there needs to be some scaling increase because the grind to 1250 to get the increased Rebirth Point scaling just feels awful.
The game is bugged that quitting abyss by rebirth does not clear abyss flags, leaving player's level exp significantly handicapped.
I would love a proper stats screen. Keeping track of my crit rate and damage, damage multiplier, xp multiplier, buff xp multiplier, etc becomes overly cumbersome the further into the game I get.

100% agree. It's the only curse that feels unfair.
I think the self healing is much worse, it's the only one where u can wall during afk, the others are just slower
for my part, i just stay on a lower stage until a level up my strength and wisdom to the max and selfheal don't stop me for more that 2 or 3 attack, but ACROBATIC kill my momentum wasted my first strike, reset my combo from 100 to 25 and take my 5 to 10 attacks to kill if i'm luck and now it's take me for hit to the next enemies.
Acrobatic doesn't kill my first strike, the damage remains the same until it actually hits
Acrobatic do kill your fist strike. but on the new update the reduce the dodge by half so is less noticeable.
how are you guys getting so many rebirth points? I am on T4RB going up to level 135 and only getting something like 7 points lol. Like the game so far, hopefully you intend to add some more stuff. Thanks for making the game mrend

most likely is that you can beat the boss at the end of the level. that why the reset.

If I remember correctly, the creator said blood art isn't supposed to work in the abyss. I think it says it somewhere in the game or the create wrote it in the comments.
but blood art now work on the abyss, but was weird that the first 5 time that i fight the boss i didn't recover hp.

Overkill T1 adds +1 to the kill tally whenever you kill an enemy. Overkill T2 adds an extra +1 to the kill tally for every 100 max levels you have, and T3 adds +1 every 50 max levels. Its only use is to run through Stages faster to grind Ascension Shards.
Sniper T2 doubles your damage if your crit chance is over 100%. No clue what Sniper T3 does exactly though...

Update: T2 Overkill stopped working for some reason. I stopped getting bonus kills at 100 max level. T3 does work, and I'm pretty sure it stacks additively with T1 and presumably T2 if it worked. At 191 max level, I should be getting 6, 1 for the initial kill, 1 for T1, 1 from T2, 3 from T3, but am only getting 5 kills. T4 gives you XP and Weapon chance for the overkills, but also costs 10m xp, so have fun unlocking it...
Edit: Also, I was wrong about Sniper T2. It activates whenever you crit, regardless of your crit chance. And it calculates weird, as it seems to be doing less than double. It looks to actually be 1.5x.
check double means that if the chance fails once, it will check again. So if you fail to crit once, it will try one more time to roll crit chance
I don't think there is a single situation where I would use Formation[T1]. Double HP at the cost of halved ATK and DEF is completely worthless.
Fun little game to forget and return to. I was confused about amulet for a little while until I realised you could scroll in Ascension and buy an amulet slot. Pretty fun game, def not one of those 'go quick' idle games and more of those 'let it run' ones. Keep up the good work! :3

I've been playing this game since about 3 days after it released & I can say without a doubt that this has a good concept but there are some slight issues I noticed like in the soul menu the buff "Blood Art" is misspelled Bloot Art & there are some areas that aren't clearly explained until you get far enough into the game to where it just clicks. 8/10
